Cardinal Cheer Program
This program is designed to allow young athletes (14 years old* or under) to transition from youth cheerleading to school cheerleading. We aim to prepare young athletes to cheer for their school team. We will follow proper tumbling progressions and ensure each athlete is always safe. Each practice will focus on tumbling, jumping, motions, dancing, and crowdleading, using signs, poms, and megaphones. We will compete at several local competitions between the months of January and March. Practices will run from September to March, ALL PRACTICES ARE MANDATORY. Practices will be held twice a week: Usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
