(60 Minutes) The Cheer Combine always follows proper gymnastics progressions and covers skills from cartwheels to double fulls and combination passes.
Minimum of 3 participants. 1st Grade+
This class is for the none experienced individual. If you are new to tumbling or do not have a back handspring. This is the class for you. We will start with the basics and move up to the back handspring.
To be in this class you must have a back handspring on your own without a spot. We will work both standing and running tumbling to maximize your skills.
(120 Minutes) Does your tumbling need a boost? We will spot and offer help, but this class is designed for you to work at your own pace. Bring your friends! Minimum of 3 participants.
(60 Minutes) Learn basic motions, jumps, cheers, sidelines, dance, proper use of signs, how to be crowd effective. Not offered year round.

Tryout Boot Camp:
(90 Minutes) Are you ready for tryouts?This class will focus on jumps, tumbling, motions, fitness, and endurance. Wow the judges with your skills! Not offered year round.
Minimum of 3 participants. 6th Grade+
Hey parents bring your little ones to play, run, jump around and burn off some good ole energy before that nap time. Parents will need to be with their kid the entire time. You may come and go anytime in the 2 hour block.
Flip & Cheer (PreSchool):
The Tinys - 4yrs old & 5yrs old
This class is to introduce cheerleading to this age group. We will go over basic motions, jumps and simple tumbling skills.
Fight Fit Kickboxing Class:
4 sessions $100 or $30 dropin
This 4 session introductory series of classes will help you improve muscle tone, cardiovascular health, and relieve stress using common punches, kicks, elbow strikes, and knee strikes from both Western and Thai-style kickboxing! Medicine balls, calisthenics, and other drills will also be used to further enhance your fitness. No prior experience is required, and ALL fitness levels welcome! Class size is limited to 10 people. Pads and gloves will be provided, but it is recommended that you purchase your own pair of boxing gloves if you do not want to share gloves with other participants. Alex and Micki West from Veruss Fitness & Martial Arts will be your trainers for these one-hour classes. Come “Hit To Be Fit!”
